Women are rarely the perpetrators of global conflict, and invariably, the first victims of conflict.
I had the privilege to attend this inspiring panel yesterday with Anita Bhatia, Gillian Sorensen and Carol Bellamy as part of the GWL Voices #HerTurn campaign hosted by the Graduate Programs in International Affairs at The New School, moderated by Dr. Peter Hoffman.
I am humbled by the kindness and humility of these remarkable women who have all made global contributions to the United Nations and been changemakers in their fields. So fortunate to be in a room with such brilliant minds – thank you to GWL Voices for creating this intergenerational dialogue and to the panel for their time and expertise!
